Tania Rosales Chavez – Legal Assistant

Tania Rosales Chavez has been a long-time resident of Mercer County and has been with Csépes Law since its inception.  She is a native of Peru having immigrated to the United States when she was just 13 years old and is a DACA recipient. 

As such, she is intimately familiar with the struggles of our immigrant community, which has allowed her to become an indispensable resource to our clients.  She began her career as a Legal Assistant in 2016 and is currently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate at Mercer County College.  

Tania handles our Immigration and Family law matters.   She has stated that she enjoys what she does because she has seen firsthand how her work has helped countless clients and families obtain favorable results in their cases and changed their lives forever. 

Tania loves to cook and comes from a large close nit family so when she is not working, she enjoys going on trips, planning activities with her family, and cooking delicious meals for them!

 

 

Kim – Legal Assistant

Kim is a resident from Mercer County and has been with Csepes Law since 2018. She is native from Guatemala having immigrated to the United States when she was 5-years old and was a DACA recipient. Csepes Law proudly helped her obtain her Permanent Resident Card. 

She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University- New Brunswick.  

Kim handles our Family Law and Real Estate matters, including working on our Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases. 

She has been a great support for our Minor Children clients, always encouraging them to continue their education and pursue a career in the United States. As an American Dreamer, Kim is sympathetic to the journey that many of our clients are on. 

When she is not working, Kim enjoys hiking, arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
